Now in its fourth year, The Club has solidified its place in Provincetown as a great place to catch world-class jazz and jazz-influenced entertainment on a nightly basis. But dining at the Club is its own reward as food is taken very seriously here. Now serving brunch/lunch and dinner daily, with a raw bar intermission in between, The Club is a culinary gem. Chef Eddy Grullon, who honed his skills in top restaurants in New York like Chanterelle, Atlantic Grille, Mad Fish, District, The Mark Hotel, Ruby Foo's, and most recently, Smoke Jazz and Supper Club brings together his knowledge of world cuisines with his Dominican roots to create unique new American cuisine exemplified by dishes such as braised short ribs, prepared in the traditional European manner, with a red wine balsamic reduction, but served with risotto black bean cake and green papaya salad, or their fried oyster appetizer, served panko-crusted with mango habanero salsa and chipotle aioli in plantain cups. Diners interested in both dinner and a show are encouraged to reserve a slot after 8 p.m. But all day and night, The Club offers delicious food, cocktails, and water views. Plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available. Reservations suggested.
