Executive Chef Eddy Grullon continues his more than 15 year collaboration with club Co-owner Frank Christopher.  Eddy has over 30 years of experience working in the trenches of the New York City restaurant scene in some of New York’s most successful restaurants Including: Ruby Foos, Chanterelle, Atlantic Grille, Mad Fish, District, The Mark Hotel, The W Hotel and his last post, Smoke Jazz and Supper Club where he was executive chef for over 10 years .  His mastery of the culinary arts in a variety of cuisines including: French, Italian, Spanish, Asian, Mediterranean, American and more is Eddy’s rich flavor palate from where he draws his culinary inspiration while always throwing in a nod to his Caribbean roots.
